Fees and Expenses
I live on the Hilo side of the Big Island of Hawaii. Fees are based on a day rate, negotiable per each project's budgetary constraints. They include expenses for fuel, per diem, cell phone minutes, lodging, vehicle rental (if 4-wheel drive is required). Day rate is for a 10 hour day with time-and-a-half up to 14 hrs. A double-day rate is charged for 16 hours and over, portal to portal. Hawaii general excise tax is included on invoice @ 4.166%. Invoice is to be paid in full at the end of each scout/shoot. A 25% Deposit is required to secure services on large projects of two weeks or more.
