With over 30 years of 35 mm film and slides that I've shot, it got to the point where the only option was to get it all in order and start sharing them. I have many fond memories from the places I've traveled to, all the
people I've met and all of the unusual things I've seen along the way. I'm proud to be able to offer you the opportunity to take a look for yourself and see if anything strikes you, moves you, makes you wonder.
My hope is that you find some of these images appealing enough to make a purchase and share them. If you happen to find yourself in any of the photos from
various events or gatherings, we will offer you one free greeting card or a 3x5 print. Thank you for checking out this website. Please feel free to pass the address
along to your friends and family. I hope you enjoy the views.

As with everything I love to watch, people are at the top of my list of fascinating subjects. The faces of older folks, the more wrinkles the better, obviously with a million stories to tell, children with their wide-eyed curious natures, playing, laughing, just being kids, families of all sizes, living day to day life or celebrating something, strangers passing on the street, riding the bus, friends sharing time together - basically, anyone moving about just begs my attention.
I feel fortunate to have witnessed some of these special interactions between humans. I may not remember some of the names or perhaps, never even knew them, but I never forget a face. Not only have I shot individual portraits of people, many times I have attended various cultural events - from Pow Wow's to parades and have really enjoyed the magnified view of those very unique slices of life. Mere seconds in time, yet timeless in my mind.

Whenever I would travel anywhere, I seemed to be able to catalog the places in my head and conjure those images later so I could reexamine them and find more details. Like people watching, seeing different places over and over again, sometimes for years, has intrigued me. It is as though the place calls to me, ''hey, watch out for me would you, I may be gone someday and you won't be able to see me any longer.'' So I look each time I go by and take note - ah yes, ok, everything looks good and then go do whatever I was suppose to be doing instead of daydreaming.
All my life, I have been interested in seeing different places. Driving around, cruising, just to see where I'd end up, has provided me with many opportunities to view interesting architecture whether a house, barn or towering building, or ocean cliff - again with the lines. Like faces, the lines of any structure, in nature or manufactured, draw me in, daring me to find it's individual beauty and determine what sets it apart from the rest. Becoming a Location Scout, multiplied my opportunities a hundred fold. I couldn't believe my luck - getting paid to go drive around and find locations for clients. It offered the best of both worlds - seeing new places and meeting interesting people.

For some strange reason, I am drawn to old, decrepit buildings and structures or tangled tree roots, or dead trees. It's the lines, the man made versus nature lines that makes me look. Aging adds so much character, not only to humans but also to things. Left in the rain, beaten and worn by the blazing sun, being covered by a web of vines, sagging with age, wood or metal can be transformed into something unrecognizable.
It's the little things in life that I find so appealing: the lone flower amongst a field of weeds, the majestic tree set against a crimson blue sky, the pile of fall colored leaves, it is as though they defy me to find beauty in them despite their state of being. I say bring it on. Show me your most rusty, most crumbling, most decaying anything and I will do my best to find its beauty. Likewise with the finer things in life. I find it all fascinating and worth seeing.
